What’s new
Every change to the MCP server, the public content API and these docs, newest first. New tools link to their entry in the tools reference.
A complete reference, and this page
The docs now cover the whole server: all 31 tools with their defaults, return shapes and exact error messages, plus two new guides.
- NewPublishingThe generate → publish loop, CMS targets, the agent loop and @getrefine/next.
- NewPublic content APIThe two read-only endpoints behind @getrefine/next.
- NewWhat’s newThis page, updated with every change to the server.
- ImprovedQuickstartKeys created from Settings; ChatGPT, Hermes Agent and the one-click Claude Desktop connector added.
- ImprovedAuthenticationFull key management API (create, list, revoke) with its status codes.
- FixedLimitsPrompts per brand are 50 (Visibility) and 200 (Autopilot), not 25. The rate limit window lasts a minute: retrying after a second does not help.
Teammates on a shared brand
Members invited to a brand can create their own keys, and the brand owner’s plan applies to them.
- ImprovedPlan of the brand ownerGating follows the owner’s subscription, not the key holder’s, so a member of a paying brand gets its features.
- ImprovedAccess checked on every callRemoving a member from a brand closes their keys on the next request.
Agent publishing loop
Three tools let an autonomous agent keep a blog alive on its own, with the cadence enforced by Refine. Hermes Agent ships with it as the refine-publisher skill.
